How it works:
When you click register, you'll be
prompted to securely enter your contact details and credit card
information. Once that's complete, you'll be emailed a special link with
instructions for attending the conference.

What to wear:
To a live conference: Business attire, unless
otherwise noted.
To a webinar: Pretty much anything you like -
that's the beauty of a webinar, isn't it?
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel a live conference
...
- 30 days or more before the start date: Your fee
will be refunded in full.
- Fewer than 30 days before the start date: You
will receive a credit voucher for another conference, minus $150 for
administration and processing. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from
date of issue.
- If you cannot make it, you may choose to
substitute someone else from your organization in your place.
- Sorry, there will be NO REFUNDS for no-shows or
cancellations after the conference begins.
If we cancel a live conference ...
It hasn't happened yet, knock wood, but if we had to
cancel a live conference, here's how it would go:
- We would give you as much notice as humanly
possible.
- Due to acts of the gods and other circumstances
beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel 30 days or more
before the scheduled start of the conference.
- For that reason, we recommend you not make
nonrefundable travel reservations more than 30 days in advance of the
conference.
If you cancel a webinar
...
- If you cancel 14 days or more in advance, your
fee will be refunded minus a $20 service charge.
- If you cancel fewer than 14 days in advance,
you'll receive a voucher for the amount of the registration fee minus a
$20 service charge.
If we cancel a webinar
...
- If we cancel at any point, you'll receive a
refund of your full fee.
That
covers every permutation, yes?
What if you're not satisfied:
You will be satisfied, so this isn't an issue. But ...
if you attend a live event or webinar and it doesn't live up to your
expectations, then not only will we refund your entire fee, we'll even
give you a free ticket to our next event or webinar. And if that one
underwhelms you ... well, then we will give you a refund. End of story.
Payments:
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Just
click the Pay Now button and follow the easy instructions.
Discounts:
We do offer corporate discounts for large-volume
purchases (multiple attendees, multiple conferences, etc.)
Email us for information.
Continuing Education Credits:
Our conferences may be eligible for CE credits. Just
ask!
